Writing Update Elven Liberation: Children of the Stars (3)
✨ Exciting Fantasy Writing Update on Children of the Stars! ✨ The rough draft of Elven Liberation: Children of the Stars is officially finished! 🎉 It’s now in the hands of my incredible editor, Karrie Ann, who will help refine the story while I shift my focus to two new projects:📖 A standalone fantasy novel📚 The third book in the Elven Liberation series I’m really happy with the pace of this epic fantasy series and hope you all are as excited as I am for the next installment! Right now, I’m still debating whether Elven Liberation will be a trilogy or a four-book saga—I want the ending to feel complete without dragging the story out unnecessarily. Once the series is wrapped up, I have plenty of standalone fantasy book ideas to explore more of Vex’sar’s lore and side characters: I’m incredibly grateful for everyone supporting me as I continue to expand the epic fantasy world of Vex’sar and bring these stories to life. Let me know—are you hoping for a trilogy or a longer fantasy series? Stay tuned for more updates on my high fantasy books, worldbuilding, and character-driven storytelling!

Lore
Elven Liberation Lore: Mages
Mages: The Immortal Architects of Vex’sar Mages are the most powerful and influential bloodline in the epic fantasy world of Vex’sar. Like Changelings, they are immortal, but what sets them apart is their deep belief in The Cycle—a philosophy unknown to other bloodlines except for Changelings. The Cycle: A Mage’s Path to Ascension 🔹 Endless Reincarnation – Mages believe all bloodlines are reincarnated until they are finally born as Mages.🔹 Past Life Glimpses – Each Mage experiences visions of past lives as humans and elves before ascending to their final form.🔹 Reputation of Arrogance – Despite their mystical knowledge, Mages are known for their pride and superiority complex. The Mage-Changeling Bond Some Mages bind with a Changeling, forging a unique magical partnership:🔹 Mages gain unlimited access to a Changeling’s soul-vision.🔹 Changelings gain the ability to see and manipulate magic in return. Harnessing Vex’sar’s Magic 🔹 Magic from the World – Mages draw their magical power directly from Vex’sar, tapping into an infinite source of physical magic.🔹 Decade-Bound Ritual – Every 10 years, a Mage must bond with Vex’sar to retain their abilities—without this bond, they are powerless.🔹 Magelorian Language – To wield magic, Mages must speak in Magelorian, except for wind magic, which is naturally influenced by their emotions.🔹 Exception: Queen Yas’ka – Unlike all others, Queen Yas’ka arrived from another world and only needed to bond once to Vex’sar. The Search for Their True World After a few hundred years on Vex’sar, every Mage experiences an inner pull—a deep urge to leave and seek their fantasy world, the place that resonates perfectly with their essence (soul). Only Mages can travel between fantasy worlds, each destined to find the realm that truly belongs to them. Vex’sar is Queen Yas’ka’s world, making her bond with it unique and permanent.

Writing Updates
Writing Update Elven Liberation: Children of the Stars (2)
Elven Liberation: Children of the Stars Epic Fantasy Writing Update! I know it’s been almost a month since my last update, but don’t worry—I’ve been hard at work! Not only have I been writing, but I’ve also been tackling book formatting to make sure everything looks great before publishing. I don’t want to get too overwhelmed later! 😉 Here’s where my fantasy novel, Children of the Stars stands right now: 📖 Page count: 254 (paperback version)✍️ Word count: 61,606 (probably 30k more to go, but we’ll see where the story takes me!)📚 New chapters written: 18-22 I’m also testing out formatting for self-publishing on Amazon, including chapter fonts and layouts. Here’s a little sneak peek of what it might look like—fingers crossed that Amazon approves the fonts and layouts. After the example, I’ll share some epic fantasy book excerpts from each chapter. As always, everything is subject to revision, but I’m excited to give you a glimpse into this high fantasy adventure full of magic, ancient lore, and legendary characters. Stay tuned for more updates on this epic fantasy book series, Elven Liberation, and let me know—what are your thoughts on book formatting? Do you prefer a classic or more stylized look? Fear overcame her as the true queen was the first to awake. “Who are you?” Yas’ka asked in panic. Unmar looked over and his sickly smile grew on his face. “Ah, my queen, it has been too long.” -Chapter 18 “Please, come and join us in the dining room,” Lady Remmer added, and they all followed her. Tran tried to keep a strong steady pace but found himself falling behind. The frustration of not being able to keep up made him self-conscious. Tran noticed Lord Graff looking behind him. He turned to his sister and signed something that Tran couldn’t make out due to the angle. A sigh came out of Lord Graff’s sister, and she stopped walking and waited for Tran. -Chapter 19 In future chapters, I may not put quotes. It’s getting too close to the end, and I don’t want to spoil anything.
