🎮 Current Video Game Obsession: Immortals Fenyx Rising 🎮 I just have to give a shoutout to my current gaming obsession, Immortals: Fenyx Rising! Made by Ubisoft, this game has a familiar playstyle if you’ve ever played one of the newer Assassin’s Creed titles. But what really makes it stand out for me is its witty dialogue and how it’s set as an untold myth within Greek mythology. I’ve always loved Greek mythology, and this game brings it to life in such a fun way—incorporating various Greek gods and goddesses while weaving a brand-new tale that makes my nerd heart happy! 💙 One of the absolute best parts? The hilarious banter between Zeus and Prometheus! Prometheus narrates the story to Zeus, and their back-and-forth dialogue adds so much charm and humor as you explore the vast Greek world. If you love Greek mythology games with a mix of adventure, humor, and epic storytelling, Immortals: Fenyx Rising is definitely worth checking out! ⚡🏛️

Writing Update Elven Liberation: Children of the Stars (5)
✨ Final Editing Phase of Children of the Stars Update! ✨ The last phase of the editing process for Elven Liberation: Children of the Stars is going well! This stage has been a bit more complex due to rearranging chapters. When I first wrote the second book in the Elven Liberation series, Children of the Stars, the flow seemed fine—but after reviewing it with my editor, Karrie Ann, we realized that the opening chapters worked better in a different order. Thank goodness for cut and paste! I can’t imagine what it must have been like for writers before modern writing software. By nature, I’m not the most patient person, and having to rewrite entire pages by hand just to reorder chapters would have been a nightmare. I may grumble about the process, but I definitely recognize how spoiled we are in the 21st century when it comes to fantasy novel writing! I’ll keep you posted as we finalize these last details before publication, which may be in April due to recent unpredicted trials. Thanks again for all your support as this epic fantasy book gets closer to release.

In Memory of Kenny Crandall
With a heavy heart I want to inform my dear readers the reason for the delay of my second book and the lack of updates. On January 18th, 2025 my dear husband, Kenny, died peacefully in his sleep. He was a steady comfort in my life, a warm place to come home to, and someone who made me laugh. His soul is now amongst the stars, but his gentle presence lives on.
